Do you need to file your Company / CC Annual Returns with Konglomerate Group? We submit Annual Returns for Companies and CC All over South Africa through an easy online process in the shortest possible timeframe.
Konglomerate Group requests that all South African CC and PTY Pay Annual Return Fees (Administration Fee) every 12 months. When submitting your Annual Returns, Konglomerate will update your CC / PTY Contact details as well. Also, They hereby know that your company is still actively trading.
My Company is in the Deregistration Process - Can i still submit annual returns.
Most probably. If your Company has already been 'Finally deregistered' you can ask your consultant for assistance. We will be able to "save" it.
Filing
We will file your company's Annual Returns using the information you have given us. Konglomerate Group will then confirm if the deposit fee is enough to cover your company Annual Return Fee. This will only occur in the following instances: Annual Returns is due for only 1 Financial year. The Company's turn-over is less than R1 million for the past financial year. There is no penalties on your account. The Company is not in the Deregistration Process. If these are any deviation from these scenarios, The Konglomerate Group will request additional fees for which we will invoice you. These fees are payable before proceeding.
Delivery
We will process the Annual Return Submission and receive your Annual Return Certificate within 2 working days. Your Annual Return Certificate will be made available on your Customer Account (We will notify you via Email or WhatsApp)

When you want other people to see your website, You will need to purchase "Web Hosting Space". We are affiliated with the ZA Central Registry. They are the Governing Body for the CO.ZA Internet Domain Name Space. The Website Hosting Package includes: 2GB Disk Space on our server, cPanel Managment Unlimited FTP Accounts, Unlimited MySQL Databases.
